Surrounded by the beautiful natural setting of the park, this session invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and settle in. Join us at Hard Labor Creek for an evening of yoga and connection with your fellow Montessorians. We will start the evening with yoga to ground, stretch, balance and connect with some friends. Please bring a yoga mat and if you have blocks, please bring those too. Following yoga we will have time to socialize, heavy appetizers, wine, and soft drinks.

Coach - Managers need to unlock the potential of their teams, not just provide direction. This module equips leaders to ask powerful questions, listen deeply, and guide others toward their own solutions, building confidence, capability, and long-term performance.
Delegate - Teaches leaders how to shift from 'doing' to 'leading'. With your managers caught in the middle between senior leadership and team demands, this module will help them prioritize and empower others effectively.
Confront - This module addresses the need to move beyond surface level feedback and give people the confidence to tackle hard topics.

Rhonda L. McKay has extensive experience in Montessori education, and she has been
serving as the Executive Director at The Children’s House of Nashville since June 2017,
overseeing this nonprofit Montessori preschool and kindergarten. Her previous roles
include directing and instructing Montessori training centers at Belmont University and
the Montessori Training Center of Brentwood, showcasing her commitment to early
childhood education.
Our work is purposeful and rewarding, but some days can be more challenging than others. How do Montessori administrators stay joyful and passionate in fulfilling the mission of the school?
Three pillars are crucial to support a harmonious life as a school leader:
· Balance helps us handle daily ups and downs with resilience in our professional and personal lives.
· Boundaries give us the structure to achieve goals in successfully leading our schools.
